This page is dedicated to publishing some of the evidence which was referred to during the Depp v NGN trial at the UK High Court between 7 - 28 July 2020. I have only published material which can clearly be cross-referenced with the trial transcripts. 

 

During a trial in England, journalists can request evidence which is referred to in open court. Unless there is a good reason not to, the parties should provide it. They are not obliged to.

My focus during the Depp v NGN trial was live-tweeting and securing the transcripts. The evidential material I am in possession of has been provided to me by various sources. Some I have requested, some was supplied to journalists via the press association. Some was provided by the parties unsolicited.

 

Publishing what I have will take time so forgive me if there isn't much to start with and evidence you are looking for is not here. What you see is incomplete and will remain incomplete because I am not in possession of the entire trial bundle.
